My Practice

Criminal Defense

Each charge is different and each case is unique. Rather than attempt a written explanation on this webpage to explain all of the twists and turns involved with each charge, I would rather speak directly to you and find out the specifics of your case, provide a legal opinion and answer your questions.

n

Expunctions / Nondisclosure

An expunction is the best way to completely erase from your criminal record, the fact that you were ever arrested, accused of, or charged with an offense. To be eligible for an expunction your case must have been DISMISSED without a conviction or guilty plea.

i

Family Law

Issues that arise in criminal law cases often carry over into the practice of family law.  I am able to provide legal representation for my clients when needed for divorce, child custody, and child support matters.
